Please note that:

Cancellations giving less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

Non-attendance may incur a fee.

Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment session.

For all Massage sessions:

If you have opted for one of our ‘hands-on-body’ types of session, try to avoid wearing tight clothing or restrictive fabrics.

Ladies, it would be better if you wore a bra that was fastened at the back rather than the front.

Both ladies and gents, ensure you are wearing underwear.
Your safety is of paramount importance, which is why before we start any session with you, we will go through a series of questions to make sure that it is safe for you to be involved in such a session.
Please be aware that Massage is not a substitute for medical care and that it is important that on an ongoing basis, you make us aware of your health conditions before treatments.

Cancellation Policy
The Massage and Wellness Centre maintains professional standards for timing and attendance to ensure all clients receive full value for their sessions. Our policy covers required notice periods for changes, as well as protocols for late arrivals and missed appointments. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide attentive care to all of our visitors.
Cancellations:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours):
A fee of 50% of the session cost may be charged.

No-shows (non-attendance without notice):
The full session fee may be charged.

Lateness:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full fee will still apply.

Prepayment:
Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments.

Refunds:
If you prepaid and do not attend, payment may be retained unless adequate notice is given.

Exceptional circumstances:
We understand that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur. In such an event, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal and health information you share with us during enquiries, bookings and treatment. This includes your contact details, health history, treatment notes and any information discussed in session.

We collect this information only so we can provide safe, appropriate massage and wellness services, contact you about your appointments, and keep accurate clinical records as part of good professional practice.

Your information is stored securely and is only accessed by authorised staff who are directly involved in your care, except where we are required to share information by law (for example, if there is a serious risk of harm or a legal obligation to disclose).

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. If we communicate with you by phone, email or messaging apps (such as WhatsApp), we do so as carefully and privately as reasonably possible, but please be aware that no electronic system is completely risk‑free.

Local privacy and data‑protection laws in St Vincent and the Grenadines are developing, and we aim to follow recognised good practice in handling client information with care, discretion and respect.
