Swedish Massage for Ongoing Therapeutic Care
Ongoing manual Therapy
Targeted / general muscular tension or in the longer session whole body or multi-area focus
45 or 60 mins.
A therapeutic Swedish massage using controlled pressure, rhythmic strokes, and focused work to address ongoing muscular tension, stiffness, or postural strain. Choose a 45-minute session for targeted or general muscular tension, or a 60-minute session for whole-body or multi-area focus, depending on what your body requires. Designed for clients who benefit from regular hands-on care as part of a wellbeing routine—ideal for desk-based workers, physically active individuals, and those managing recurring tension—rather than one-off relaxation. Pressure and techniques are adapted to support maintenance, recovery, general physical wellbeing, better movement, posture, relaxation, and long-term physical balance while helping prevent tension build-up, improving circulation, and maintaining comfort and mobility over time. It is not a substitute for medical treatment.

Remedial / Sports Massage
Targeted & Active Recovery Massage
Targeted muscle groups for specific problem areas or Full/ problem focused depending on the length of the session chosen
30 or 60 mins
Focused, assessment-led massage for active people, beginning with a consultation and physical assessment, followed by deeper, targeted hands-on therapy tailored to your training and recovery needs. In a 30-minute session, it targets one or two specific muscle groups or problem areas (such as the neck, shoulder, lower back, or knee) using firmer, more specific techniques to ease muscle tightness, support recovery after training, improve flexibility and functional movement, reduce local pain, and release tight or overworked muscles. The 60-minute session allows treatment of multiple or related areas in one appointment, combining deep work, stretching, and recovery-focused techniques to enhance performance, reduce post-exercise soreness, improve function and range of motion, prepare your body for ongoing activity, address underlying patterns of tension, improve posture, and support longer-term relief from recurring discomfort.

Support is tailored and reviewed over time, with referral onward if specialist or medical input is required.
Improves understanding of nutrition and food choices, supports healthier and more sustainable eating habits, encourages balanced lifestyle routines and provides clear, individualised direction without medical or disease-based claims.

Counselling -Integrative
The 60 minute counselling sessions are designed to be supportive, practical, and integrative, focusing on your current wellbeing goals. It is important to clarify that this service is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for medical or specialist mental health care.
We provide a confidential, non-judgmental space for you to explore life difficulties, feelings, and behaviours, helping you find your own solutions. It's a collaborative process focusing on personal growth and well-being, often used for stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or depression.
A supportive, talk‑based session for anyone needing help with stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions or a general sense that something isn’t quite right. Whether you arrive asking for a particular counselling approach or simply knowing you need support, the first session focuses on understanding your situation, patterns and priorities so we can agree the style of help that fits you best.
Sessions may blend integrative counselling, stress and life‑pressure support, and reflective work on self‑awareness and direction, or concentrate on one area over time as needed. This flexible format aims to improve emotional clarity and coping, reduce stress, build resilience, and encourage greater insight, balance and a sense of direction and control in your life.
