Where availability allows, same-day appointments may be possible. However, advance booking is strongly recommended, especially during busy periods and tourist seasons. We suggest booking at least a few days in advance for evening and weekend slots. Call us and we will see if we can help.
We offer a range of therapeutic and relaxation massages focused on recovery, muscular tension relief, circulation improvement, and stress reduction. This includes our specialized After-Flight Massage, designed to help reduce stiffness, swelling, and travel fatigue commonly experienced after long journeys.
We are based at Harmony Hall in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, providing a private appointment-based wellness environment away from the distractions of busy commercial spaces. If you look on the footer of our website, you will see a clickable link with our full address. Using that should open Google Maps and bring you directly to our location.
At present, we would prefer payment made in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) in cash on the day of your appointment. We can accept other major currencies such as the US Dollar or Euros if you had forgotten to change your currency, but please note you will be charged additional administrative fees if you do so.
We are in the process of arranging for credit and debit card payments and we will post accordingly in due course.
Bearing in mind the type of treatment you have selected, try to avoid wearing tight clothing or restrictive fabrics. Ladies it would be better if you wore a bra that was fastened at the back rather than the front. Both ladies and gents, ensure you are wearing underwear. Shorts and some kind of loose-fitting t-shirt would be suitable as this would allow a full range of movements.

Yes. Integrative Counselling support is available where appropriate, supporting both physical wellbeing and mental balance within a structured professional setting
Depending on the booking you have made, together with your therapist/trainer/counsellor you will complete the relevant intake form, to make sure that your time with us is safe and effective. Then your therapist/trainer/counsellor will discuss your goals, explain the treatment plan, and answer any questions before the session begins.
It would be very good if you would arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment. This allows time to use the restroom, complete check-in forms, and settle in so your session can start on time with you in the right frame of mind.
Appointments are primarily structured for individual care to ensure dedicated attention, but special arrangements may be possible depending on availability
Neither in the traditional sense. We operate as a professional wellness practice focused on therapeutic outcomes, structured recovery, and long-term wellbeing rather than spa-style pampering alone.
Frequency of treatment depends on your needs, goals and budget. Some clients may come twice in a week, once per week or once per fortnight for pain management, while others schedule monthly sessions for general maintenance. Once you have had your first assessment session with your therapist, together you can decide what suits you best.
You may have heard of something referred to as ‘The Healing Reaction’. This is something that affects some people in different ways. For most people, there is no negative reaction at all, but in a small number of cases, some people can experience feelings in their bodies that they might find ‘unusual’ from the way their bodies usually feel. This is down to the fact that you have just had a treatment that has changed the speed at which blood is circulating around your body; bringing more oxygen and nutrients and removing more toxins quicker. That is certainly a good thing, but some bodies are known to behave ‘differently’ in the next 24 to 48 hours or so. No need to be alarmed; it’s perfectly normal, but if you have any cause for concern, just get in touch with us.
For the same reasons as above, it is important that over the next few days, that you keep well hydrated, even more than usual; drink lots of water. If this is your first time to have a massage, it is perfectly understandable that at first you may feel a little uncertain or nervous about a therapist touching your body in such a manner. Rest assured that it is perfectly normal for some people to feel that way. However, because the therapist is a highly experienced professional, they will be doing the best to make you feel as safe and comfortable as possible. You are always in control. If you feel any discomfort - physical or otherwise - please let your therapist know immediately, so they can make the necessary adjustments to allow you to feel at ease.
Yes, we offer gift certificates for specific services or custom amounts - perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
Generally, we would want written assurance that your medical practitioner had been consulted about your intention to have a massage. In most cases, we would tend to give a massage treatment only after the first trimester. We use safe positioning and techniques, but please let us know how far along you are so we can adapt the session accordingly.
Arrive early to give yourself time and space to relax. You are entering a place unfamiliar to you and it is perfectly natural for you to feel a little uncertain at the start. When you meet your therapist, communicate openly and honestly about what you would like the session to achieve. During the session, the more feedback you give to your therapist, the closer they will be to giving you the best treatment. Sometimes, the emotional release of a first time massage can be quite intense; so do not hesitate to tell your therapist how you are feeling; and if necessary, to take a break from the session. The important thing is to breathe easily and enjoy the experience of your body allowing the therapy to work.
For maximum benefit in reducing jet lag and travel-induced swelling, we recommend booking your session within 24 to 48 hours of your arrival.
Yes. We are happy to discuss structured wellness support or group Pilates sessions for local organisations. Where appropriate, we can offer a mobile service at the premises of the organisation. Please contact us via WhatsApp for a proposal.
Absolutely. We regularly welcome visitors from the yachting community. We recommend booking in advance to ensure we can accommodate your shore-leave schedule.
We have established relationships with a few trusted independent local taxi companies that offer favourable rates to our clients; but all transport is booked and paid for directly by you. After you book your session with us, you will receive an email requesting some additional information. Simply tick the option indicating that you would like to use one of those taxi companies and we will provide your contact details to the driver. Together you can then arrange your preferred pickup time and payment directly with them.
We are very happy to help you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. If bringing your own music and massage medium will help achieve that, please feel free to bring them along.
Answer: Yes you can eat before a massage, but take the sensible approach and eat something light 1-2 hours prior to treatment to give your body time to digest. You dont want experience discomfort by feeling too full. However we dont want you feeling light headed from not eating either. ...EA
Good hygiene is always important, but sometimes it's simply not practical or possible to shower before a massage session; especially if you are coming straight from work. Our therapists are very understanding but if having a shower at the Centre before your session would make you feel more comfortable, just let us know before you get here and try to arrive in plenty of time before your session, so as not to eat into your treatment time.
